What we record, how we use it, what we do not do. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects only gender, birth date, self-rated health, tobacco status, desired death benefit, and policy term. We transmit these to the carriers' quoting service to retrieve rate information; they are not stored on this site. Creating quotes requires no personal name, street address, phone, or email. Identical requests repeated quickly are served from our short-term cache.

Applying

When you opt to apply, your earlier responses are used to pre-fill the secure application hosted on the carriers' platform, where you proceed under that service's own privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance operation (License 0B75129), receives and manages all applications.

The contact form

Your name, email address, optional phone, preferred contact method, subject, and message are submitted through the contact form. The message is relayed by email to the agency using your address as the reply-to. We keep no local copy, database of messages, or content logs. Anti-abuse screening runs in your browser before submission.

Measurement

We track page visits using first-party, tracker-free measurement operated from this same domain. Your browser receives no cookies or persistent identifiers; we mask part of your IP before storage; we strip referring page query strings; visitor logs are purged after 90 days. Visitors who have DNT enabled or who support Global Privacy Control get excluded from measurement entirely.

What we do not do

We maintain no customer database, run no ad retargeting, and deploy no external analytics. Third-party code appears only on the application page if you navigate there; this page uses none.
